DECOMPOSITION OF LANDSCAPE
DECOMPOSITION OF LANDSCAPE
All living things are subject to the sequencing of time, its passing, and its life cycle. This cycle begins with birth, then comes growth, death, and decomposition.
All things decompose, breaking down into the soil causing smells of the earth. These ecological-environmental processes, both organic and non-organic are non-linear and “messy” processes. Decomposition is a process of change and response, with no direct sequence. There is no denying that all things change, but the end of one sequence leads to the beginning of a new one.
